TIA Nexa

Terms of service

Last updated: 5 November 2026 (draft awaiting legal review)

This is a draft that is still being reviewed by our legal adviser, and it may change.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use TIA Nexa, including our website, app and browser extension. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy notice, which explains how we use your information.

2. Who we are

TIA Nexa is a trading name of Qynexa Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at support@tianexa.co.uk.

3. What TIA Nexa does, and doesn't do

TIA Nexa is a software tool that helps you find jobs and apply for them. It reads your CV, shows jobs that fit you and how well you match them, tailors your CV and cover letter, and, if you choose, fills in and sends applications for you (see section 5).

  • We are not a recruiter or an employment agency. We don't find you work, act for employers, or introduce you to employers. [SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM wording under the Employment Agencies Act 1973]
  • We don't guarantee interviews, job offers or any outcome.
  • Job listings come from third parties, including companies' own careers sites, job boards and NHS Jobs. We don't control them and can't guarantee they're accurate or still open.
  • Information about visas and sponsorship (for example, whether an employer holds a sponsor licence) is general information from public sources. It isn't immigration advice. For advice about your situation, speak to a regulated immigration adviser. [SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM]

4. Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@tianexa.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed it.

5. Applying for jobs on your behalf (Apply)

Apply only works after you switch it on and agree to it. When you press ⚡ Auto apply on a job, or ⚡ Auto apply all on your day's best matches, you ask us to apply for those jobs in your name.

  • We tailor your CV and cover letter from the details you've confirmed, and fill in the employer's application form using your profile, your saved answers and, where needed, drafted answers based on your confirmed details.
  • We send an application automatically only when every required question can be answered from your own details or saved answers. Otherwise we stop and ask you to check and send it yourself.
  • Some employers need you to have an account on their own site. For those jobs we prepare everything, and you submit the application yourself.
  • If you allow it, we tick the employer's privacy-notice box for you (for example "I have read the privacy notice and consent to my data being processed for this application"). If you answer Yes to "Let employers keep your details for future jobs?" in Saved answers on your Profile, we also tick an employer's optional box asking to keep your details for other roles; otherwise we leave it unticked. We never tick any other declaration for you, such as confirming that your information is accurate, your right to work, or an employer's terms and conditions: those always wait for you.
  • Automatic applications are limited to 20 a day and one per company a day, within your plan's monthly allowance.
  • You authorise us to submit these applications to employers for you. You're responsible for making sure the information sent is true and accurate, so please keep your profile, CV and saved answers up to date.
  • Each application, and where available the employer's confirmation message, is shown in Applications. We can't guarantee that every submission reaches the employer, so please check there.
  • Once an application reaches an employer, how they use it is covered by their own terms and privacy notice.
  • You can switch Apply off at any time in Settings.
  • [SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM this section, including submitting applications on a user's behalf through employers' recruitment systems]

6. The browser extension

The TIA Nexa extension for Chrome fills in job application forms on employers' websites and, when you use Apply, submits them for you. It only works on job application pages and doesn't read other websites you visit. You can remove it at any time from your browser.

Where we offer it, Apply can instead send your applications from a browser on our own servers in the UK, so you don't need the extension. It follows the same rules: it only answers from your details and saved answers, stops for anything only you can answer and for any CAPTCHA, and keeps a screenshot of the employer's page after each application as proof it was sent.

7. AI drafts and accuracy

We use AI to tailor your CV, write cover letters and draft answers to employers' questions. It only works from details you've confirmed, and doesn't add qualifications, experience or other details that aren't true. Please don't ask it to. AI can make mistakes, so check your documents and saved answers.

8. Your content

You own your CV and everything else you upload or write. You let us use it only to provide the service to you, including sending applications you ask us to send, as described in our privacy notice. You can download or delete it at any time.

9. Fair use

Don't misuse the service. For example, don't break the law with it, apply for jobs in someone else's name, upload content you don't have the right to use, try to access other people's accounts, or overload or interfere with our systems or employers' websites. We may limit how much you use some features, as shown on your plan.

10. Plans, payment and cancellation

  • The free plan is free, with monthly limits.
  • Pro costs the price shown on our Pricing page when you subscribe, taken by Stripe at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • [Your 14-day cancellation right: wording to follow from our legal adviser.]
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Changes and availability

We work to keep TIA Nexa running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. We'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

13. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for employers' decisions, for job listings from third parties, or for information you've given us that isn't accurate.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Problems and complaints

If something goes wrong, use Help & support in the app or email support@tianexa.co.uk, and we'll aim to reply within 5 working days.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring claims in your local courts.

16. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll tell you in advance by email or in the app.
